Yes! I am transferring silencers on 4473’s for qualifying purchases/individuals – purchases need to go through Silencer Shop, Palmetto State Armory, or you need to be a member of Gun Owners of America and provide proof of membership at time of transfer.

At this time, 4473 transfers are limited to silencers. SBRs and SBSs are still transferred via traditional form 4.
